Testimonial: When my wife
and I decided to move from South America back to the U.S. we visited
several states before deciding on the Missouri Ozarks just north of
Springfield.
Next step was finding a good experienced realtor, sounds easy, but
what a nightmare! I e-mailed and telephoned numerous realtors asking
about certain properties, I had a Miami FL telephone line in my South American
office so calling from the U.S. was not a problem or costly, most
realtors would not even return a phone call, if they did, it was a week
or two later. and e-mail, that was even worse, I monitored my e-mail
daily, 99% never replied, the other 1% replied a couple weeks later,
reading most realtors website they will tell you how great they are,
but good luck receiving service.
Then, luckily I ran across some
property that Wanda had listed, I e-mailed her and to my surprise I
received a quick reply, knowing most realtors usually show property
during the day, I was hoping to hear something the next day, to my
surprise, I received an answer that evening, I ask more questions
and kept receiving quick replies, sometimes even e-mailing me as
late as 10:00 PM after showing property all day.
Wanda suggested that she send me
all of her listings that were homes I may be interested in, I made a
list in a wide area and two weeks later I was on a plane to
Springfield MO.
After 2 days of viewing homes in several different cities I
chose a home that was actually at the top of our list. Wanda arranged
everything, in about 4 days of offers and counter offers I had
bought a home and was on a plane back home.
Wanda's help did not end there, she
was kind enough to be available for other services I had wanted and
could not be there to oversee, a home inspection and property
survey, picking up documents from the county etc.
At closing, Wanda was also there, making sure all went well, after
closing, she presented up with a Bolivar Camber of Commerce
welcome kit with phone books, information, coupons etc., plus a
welcome gift from her.
